Matcha Latte

| Matcha | 2 g (1 tsp) |
| Hot water | 30 ml (about 80°C / 175°F) |
| Milk or plant-based milk | 150–200 ml |
Instructions
- Add 2 g of matcha to a katakuchi matcha
bowl.If you have a sieve, sifting the matcha
prevents clumps and makes it smoother. - Pour in 30 ml of hot water and whisk well
with a chasen until it forms a smooth paste. - For a hot latte, transfer the whisked matcha
to a cup and pour in warmed milk. For an iced latte, fill a glass with cold milk and
ice, then pour in the matcha. - Add sugar or honey to taste, and enjoy.
