Refund policy
WHAT IS THE LOIS RETURN POLICY?
If the product you received is defective or different from what you ordered, we will accept a free return or exchange. Please send us an email with photos of the product as proof within 14 days of receiving the items. To be eligible for a free return or exchange, the items must be unused and in their original packaging.
Once we receive your return, we will inspect each item and process a refund for the original item amount, excluding the shipping fee. Please note that if we find any damaged items, we will not be able to issue a refund for them.
Conditions under which we cannot accept your free return or exchange request:
If you do not request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.
If the product is found to be used or damaged after you receive it.
If you simply change your mind or realize that you ordered the wrong items or colors, we will still accept your request within 14 days. However, you will need to cover the shipping cost to return the items to our warehouse in Southern California.
