Recipe for the resin dripper

Three-pour recipe
- Pour 40 ml and bloom for 30 seconds.
- Pour 90 ml and let it settle to 1:20.
- Pour 70 ml and let it draw down fully.
The three pours are designed to extract as quickly as possible, keeping muddiness to a minimum. Rather than over-controlling, pour with a steady rhythm — you’ll taste it clearly and draw out the bean’s true potential.
Recipe for the porcelain dripper

- Preheat the dripper thoroughly (this is the key step).
- Bloom with 30 ml for 40 seconds.
- Pour slowly and carefully, drawing gentle circles.
- Let it draw down to the last drop.
The key is “slow.” Brewing slowly creates a rounded sweetness and a long finish — and it’s excellent with a café latte or milk.
