Description

It is said that the optimal temperature for eating ice cream is -14℃ to -8℃. Since ice cream hardens at -15°C, it is best to eat ice cream when it is slightly melted.
If the ice cream is left to melt for a certain period of time or the container is heated by hand, the temperature of the entire container rises, and the optimal eating temperature is quickly exceeded.
