Lo Mein

Lo Mein is a Chinese noodle dish. It's very easy and quick to make, and is much healthier than eating out! The unique sauce is the key to the flavor. Mixing dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, sugar and sesame oil in a perfect balance creates the delicious sauce! You can put your favorite veggies to the noodle. Also, add some salad, fruits or nuts to your bento to make it healthier.

Ingredients ( Serving:1 )
For Sauce
・2 tablespoons dark soy sauce(sub regular soy sauce if needed)
・1 tablespoon light soy sauce(sub regular soy sauce if needed)
・1 teaspoon sesame oil
・1 teaspoon sugar
For Lo Mein
・6 ounces uncooked ramen noodles
・1 tablespoon sesame oil
・Julienne cut carrots and mushrooms
・Snap peas
・Chopped peanuts
Instruction
For Sauce
Mix all seasonings well
For Lo Mein
1. Stir fry carrots, mushrooms and snap peas on high heat with sesame oil
2. Add uncooked ramen noodles and stir fry
3. Add sauce and stir
4. Serve with chopped peanuts
